NHTrust provides financial advising and trust services to clients across New Hampshire. Davis Advertising created a comprehensive rebranding campaign to position the brand as being client-centric and differentiate the brand in a way that makes them distinctive from their competitors.

Stakeholder interviews taught us the brand’s heritage, their clients, the competitive landscape, and the brand’s values. They established the business goals, and we were able to gain insights into how to successfully position the brand.

We decided to develop a unique value proposition based on the way they conducted their business, which allowed them to own the word “trust” and build their brand around it. We brought the UVP to life, calling it the “T.R.U.S.T. Approach.” Each letter in the acronym T.R.U.S.T. stands for a facet of their internal process that, when taken together, produces a unique client experience. The T.R.U.S.T. Approach serves to define and differentiate NHTrust in the marketplace and allows for the public to learn more about NHTrust’s values and guiding principles.
