Ray Lo

I have 14 years of experience creating websites. It began as a hobby and then eventually led to new projects from friends and local businesses. I volunteered my time for most of these projects but it gave me the experience needed to familiarize myself with the industry at a time when there wasn’t a lot of resources for website development.

I thought an important element to creating successful websites was to have a great design, which is the reason I began to study graphic design at North Essex Community College. I was able to incorporate my knowledge in graphic design but I learned how vast and broad the term website designer was and that creating successful websites involved many different skill sets and talents. The part that I enjoy most about creating websites is being to work on different problems and to collaborate with colleagues to work on larger scale projects that otherwise wouldn’t be possible.
